This project in Witley created a clean, level access step into the garden office, using low-maintenance composite decking to replace the original lawn edge. A decorative sandstone stepping-stone path now leads across the lawn, and the timber cladding was cleaned and sealed to protect it against weathering.

Full Re-Roof Using Existing Tiles – Witley
Roof restoration & tile conservation across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire & Berkshire.
For this roofing project in Witley, we carried out a complete re-roof while preserving the customer’s original tiles. Every tile was removed, cleaned, inspected and prepared for reuse. We installed new breathable felt and treated battens across the entire roof, ensuring a solid, long-lasting structure beneath the tiles. Once preparation was complete, the cleaned tiles were refitted along with a full set of new ridge tiles.

Flat Roof Re-Installation – Grayshott
Professional flat roof restoration across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire & Berkshire.
For this flat roofing project in Grayshott, we were called in after the customer experienced persistent leaks caused by sub-standard workmanship from a previous installer. The roof had deteriorated significantly, with rotten OSB boards, saturated insulation, and failed waterproofing.
Our team carried out a full strip-back down to the joists, removing all damaged decking, insulation and membrane. We then rebuilt the roof properly, installing new insulation, strengthening the structure where required, and fitting brand-new OSB boards across the entire area.
Once prepared, we installed a high-performance EPDM rubber membrane, fully adhered and expertly detailed around all edges, joints and roof penetrations to ensure a durable, watertight finish.
The end result is a completely rebuilt flat roof that provides long-term weather protection, improved insulation performance, and a clean, modern finish.

This property required a full roof clean after years of moss, lichen and organic build-up began affecting both appearance and drainage. We carried out a complete de-mossing service, safely removing all growth from every elevation of the roof using specialist access equipment.
Once the roof was fully cleared and cleaned, we applied a high-quality protective roof seal to help prevent future moss build-up, improve weather resistance, and extend the lifespan of the tiles.
The result is a much cleaner, brighter and better-protected roof, restoring the home’s appearance and helping maintain long-term structural integrity.

Soakaway Installation – Warfield
Professional drainage and surface water management across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire & Berkshire.
This project involved installing a new soakaway system and surface drainage to prevent flooding and standing water in the garden. Once the groundwork was complete, we levelled the area, prepared the soil, and laid high-quality turf for a clean, healthy finish.
The work included full excavation for the new soakaway, installation of drainage channels and pipework, and complete ground levelling with topsoil dressing. Fresh turf was then laid and the edges rolled and finished to create a smooth, tidy appearance throughout the garden.
The end result is a garden that drains properly, stays usable year-round, and looks smart with a newly laid lawn.

Concrete Shed Base Installation – Witley
Professional ground preparation & reinforced concrete base installation across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire & Berkshire.
We were asked to install a strong, level concrete base for a new garden shed in Witley. Because the chosen location sat on an elevated, uneven part of the lawn, the project required careful excavation to create a stable platform.
Our team cut into the raised lawn to establish a level excavation, removed and disposed of all soil and waste, and installed a compacted sub-base for long-term stability. Reinforcing mesh was added to prevent cracking, followed by accurately installed shuttering to form clean edges. We then poured, levelled and hand-finished a reinforced concrete slab.
To complete the area, new timber sleepers were installed to retain the lawn edge and keep the section neat and tidy.
The result is a long-lasting, perfectly level concrete base ready for the customer’s new shed.

This project began with a garden that had been left to run wild, turning into a dense mix of tall grasses, weeds and uneven ground. The customer wanted the space reclaimed and reshaped into a clean, usable area again.
We carried out a full vegetation clearance, removing overgrowth from top to bottom. Once the site was cleared, we levelled the ground using an excavator, reshaping the slope and preparing the area for future landscaping work.
The transformation took the garden from overgrown to open, tidy and ready for the customer’s next plans.

Our team was called to replace a damaged boundary fence that had been pushed over by an overgrown tree. The existing panels had collapsed due to root pressure and leaning branches, leaving the boundary insecure.
We removed the old fence, cut back the overgrown tree to prevent further structural pressure, cleared the ground, and installed two new, sturdy closeboard panels with treated timber posts. The result is a clean, strong, long-lasting fence line that restores privacy and keeps the boundary secure.
